In Je n’ai pas compris, Coco GB bares her soul in a song recorded live with her musicians, without a metronome or any production tricks. Creating intense sonic waves, Coco GB’s vocals and Hassan Dounamou’s drums engage in a relentless dialogue.

The song focuses on friendships, exploring the bonds that are formed and broken, loneliness, and the dreams we pursue or let go. Both in its theme and in its creative process, Je n’ai pas compris is a deeply sensitive song.
